1MoveForward — Integrated Coaching for Corporates

Coaching Labs

Coaching Labs

Immersive, interactive spaces designed to help employees and leaders practice, reflect, and refine their skills in a safe, guided, and dynamic environment.

At 1MoveForward, Coaching Labs are not traditional training or structured programs. They are immersive, interactive spaces designed to help employees and leaders practice, reflect, and refine their skills in a safe, guided, and dynamic environment.

Coaching Labs act as “learning accelerators” that bring coaching to life. Participants step into realistic workplace scenarios, experiment with new behaviors, and receive immediate coaching feedback—bridging the gap between awareness and action.

Unlike workshops that transfer knowledge, or one-to-one coaching that focuses on personal reflection, Coaching Labs emphasize practice, peer learning, and live application.

Purpose

Purpose of Coaching Labs

  • To translate insights into action by applying coaching and leadership skills in real time.
  • To create a confidential, practice-rich environment where participants can experiment safely.
  • To provide leaders and teams with the confidence and readiness to handle complex challenges.
  • To complement 1MoveForward’s programs (e.g. Onboarding, Burnout, Resilience, Leadership) with hands-on, skill-focused reinforcement.

How Coaching Labs Work

  1. 01

    Immersive Scenarios

    • Participants engage in carefully crafted, role-based simulations that mirror real workplace challenges.
    • Scenarios are customized to reflect the organization’s industry, role requirements, and business context.
    • Examples include handling difficult conversations, leading high-stakes meetings, or resolving cross-functional conflicts.
  2. 02

    Guided Coaching

    • Certified coaches facilitate sessions, offering real-time feedback and tailored guidance.
    • A blend of observational, questioning, and reflective techniques is used to unlock deeper insights.
    • Feedback is constructive, specific, and directly tied to each participant’s developmental goals.
  3. 03

    Peer-to-Peer Learning

    • Group-based activities allow participants to benefit from shared experiences and diverse perspectives.
    • Structured debriefs enable reflection, knowledge exchange, and collective problem-solving.
    • Collaborative exercises strengthen team trust, alignment, and communication.
  4. 04

    Safe Learning Environment

    • Labs foster psychological safety, enabling participants to experiment without fear of judgment or failure.
    • Mistakes are reframed as learning opportunities, encouraging innovation and growth.
    • Participants build confidence to apply new behaviors in real workplace situations.
  5. 05

    Action-Oriented Outcomes

    • Each session concludes with practical, actionable takeaways such as personalized strategies or development plans.
    • Participants set measurable goals to ensure skills are transferred from the lab to the workplace.
    • Progress tracking and accountability support reinforce long-term change.
